07/06/2010 - Italy: Axiom for sport and the great music of Rockfest!

Let’s pick up our last winter news, before starting with the summer events season...
Sport and music met in Andalo: Hollywood Service chose Proel Audio systems and Turbosound - in combination with 33 Powersoft amplifiers K series - to power the last edition of the World Alpine Rockfest!
The small Tridentine town (North Italy) welcomed a big international event in which many ski champions coming from the World Ski Championship - such as Bode Miller and Davide Simoncelli - challenged each other to an incredible ski-show, captured by many international TV stations.
In the end of the competition, the “Placebo”, an historical English rock band, performed a great live show at the Concert Stadium, built in the Olympic slope: the famous band (10 million copies sold) made an outstanding concert featuring so many hits coming from the last album "Battle for the sun".
The audio systems were really impressive, as the best warranty for the event’s success in all aspects and different moments.
Powersoft and Proel systems were used in the ski competition area.
In details the finish area was powered with 16 Proel Axiom AX3210P, 16 Sub Edge 121SP, 6 Powersoft K10 digital amplifiers and 2 DSO480 digital processors.
For the sound inside the big structure built in the end of the ski run, they relied on 8 Axiom 2265P, 8 AX1115SP, 2 fly bar, 3 Powersoft K4 digitaql amplifiers and one DSO480 digital processor.
